Following the successful redesign of the company newsletter Oily, Ikon’s involvement with Sydney Essential Oil Co. (SEOC), a wholesale supplier of essential oils and plant-based raw materials, now extends to developing communication material at all levels of the business. “Our aim was to take our brand to a more sophisticated level,” says Eliza McGivern, SEOC general manager. “We needed an agency that could interpret the changes and communicate our updated messages.” Ikon’s redesign of the SEOC website reflects these aims with simpler navigation, new imagery and a refined colour palette. A user-friendly price list and corresponding user guide are practical and effective. At Hong Kong’s leading beauty trade show event Cosmoprof Asia, Ikon plays with scale on the SEOC booth to deliver the key brand message with striking effect.
