One Farrer


Sydney’s One Farrer is a premium business precinct in an historic location long linked to the ideas of innovation and progress. This is Ikon rebranded the precinct with a new logo and identity. The logo, with its two interlocking rings, was inspired by the interconnected towers and connotates telescopic vision and far-sightedness, and symbolises a connected, collaborative workplace. The importance of the word ‘one’ extends to the new tagline: One Vision. One Precinct. One Farrer. The precinct relaunched in October 2016 with a print and digital campaign featuring images from an Ikon-produced shoot. The resulting fresh, contemporary direction is an innovative look for the commercial property sector. While respecting One Farrer's heritage, Ikon’s creative blows the dust off outmoded concepts of prestige to target a dynamic new generation of business leaders.
