Brief: Establish leadership in a crowded leasing environment to attract high calibre tenants through identifying and communicating the unique brand proposition for this urban precinct.

Our first stop as the appointed agency for this project was to visit 360 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne for a site tour and stakeholder workshop to gather firsthand the insights crucial to developing a clear strategy and set of brand values.
