Brief: Reposition and rebrand a monumental Sydney business precinct to target a dynamic new generation of business leaders.

Governor Phillip Tower and Governor Macquarie Tower comprise a singular CBD address in a heritage location with a conservative reputation. Ikon drew on the site’s historic links to vision and progress to endorse a rebrand for the precinct which has its focus firmly on the future.

The logo with its two interlocking rings references the interconnected towers, connotes telescopic vision and symbolises a connected, collaborative workplace.

The address One Farrer Place was rebranded One Farrer with the importance of the word ‘one’ highlighted in our new tagline: ‘One Vision. One Precinct. One Farrer.’

Summing up the project outcome as ‘fantastic’ our delighted client reported a significant increase in leasing enquiries post-launch, as well as ongoing success with a definite change in both the perception and awareness of the precinct.
